1. Given the fact that data acquisition is the most expensive and tedious component of the eCQM process, we have documented several diverse strategies for efficient _EHR data-mining.  Many of these techniques use off the shelf tools to minimize the need to 'get into the innards' of an EP's installation.
    

2. Much contained within an _EHR is 'dirty data'; (i.e. incomplete, inaccurate or erroneous). Data cleansing can be a labor intensive process if designed improperly.   We have investigate off the shelf tools as well as implemented data validators that prioritize various PQRS data cleansing processes, including inter-related clusters of data.
    

3. We document and explore the need to integrate data-error-routers that direct data update requests to the attention of the appropriate facility and level of personnel.
    

4. Open source code used as a base for the eCQM Compilation Engine that generates standard PQRS submissions
    

5. We generate your CMS submissions our configurable CMS report compiler (CMS-RC)
    

6. We save clinician review time with our automated Validation & Vetting Test Suite (CMS-VVTS)
