a. Problem #2: Your eCQM files cannot pass the PSVA tool validation due to incorrect or missing patient data values required by CMS 2016 Schema definitions.
b. Resolution #2: Use eCQM patient data update app for automated update of eCQM patient specific entries of your eCQM
c. CSV files are provided to augment existing eCQM submission.
d. eCQM update data points are mapped & inserted into eCQMs
e. 'eCQM Engine' merges new data and validate your eCQM submissions.
f. Your eCQM submission is tested for compliance to current CMS specs
